How to start reading body language?
Let’s learn the basics of body language.
In 2019, I read two books about body language by Joe Navarro. I desired to increase my communication abilities. And I recently realized that many people are unaware of this information. So, in this blog, I’ll tell what I remember. I recommend that you read the book on your own.
Body language is a vital element of communication, and understanding it properly allows you to understand how people feel and what their genuine intentions are.
Before we start
Assuming people’s emotional state and context, interpret the result.
Some people perform certain behavior all the time free from context; this is referred to as a reference point. For these and other reasons, simply seeing a sign does not imply that it is correct; nevertheless, seeing signs from the same cluster regularly can help you comprehend something, especially if this person does not use this gesture often.
