There are sources of stress in our lives, they are natural and should not be avoided. It is our perspective that makes stress uncomfortable.
Life is as it is, not as it should be. We experience disappointment in life because our expectations are high. We must learn to protect ourselves and recognize stress cues.
Stress is felt in situations of pushing boundaries, feeling threatened, exceeding resources, and uncertainty. We focus on the scenario that stresses us out. Our body experiences this as if it were real and we feel stress.
